Just reading what you've written her...So....Hi!<br />Just reading what you've written here, I think you might be prolonging your addiction to sugar through use of substitutes. Even though artificially sweetened foods have fewer calories, they can still stimulate your body to want more sweets. And your metabolism can still behave as if you've consumed sugar. Try to go cold turkey with all the sweets AND sweet substitutes and see how you do. For me, total abstinence (and I mean total) from sweets, including substitutes, affords me the opportunity to make good diet choices and I barely even give the sweets a passing thought.
