"The Shred" Challenge

Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred Challenge
Official Beginning Date of Challenge - 9/12/11
Discalimer - I began doing the 30 Day Shred video on Wed, 9/7/11
I completed 5 Days of Level 1 (9/7 - 9/11) and then did not do the video for two days .
I re-started doing the workout on 9/14

As of 9/14/11 my weight is: 230.75
Measurements are:

Bust (w/ bra) - 48 1/2"
Waist (3 " above belly button) - 44 3/4"
Waist @ belly button - 43 1/2"
Hips - 53"
Upper Thigh (R) - 29 1/2"
Upper Thigh (L) - 29 1/2"
Thigh right above knee (R) - 21"
Thigh right above knee (L) - 21"
Calf @ widest area (R) - 18 3/4"
Calf @ widest area (L) - 18 3/4"
Upper Arm right below armpit (R) - 17"
Upper Arm right below armpit (L) - 17 3/4"
Wrist (R) - 7"
Wrist (L) - 7 1/4"

All measurements taken au natural, except bust was taken with bra.

And here are some before pics....Lord help me if I don't see some improvements after this challenge!

I'm only taking these before pics because I  am determined to have an "after" shot that looks 1,000 times better!

Note to self: Your butt looks like an old lady's vajayjay in too-tight polyester pants. Do not wear these shorts in public!
